What is EFT?

When I first heard about EFT, or tapping, I thought ‘Please, that can’t possibly work!’ Believe me, I was a skeptical as the next person. However, the more I practised it and the more I learnt about EFT, my views changed and now I can’t imagine my life without it.

So what is it?
